Why work with Crofton Bradfield?
As Chartered Tax Advisors specialising in the field of property tax and succession planning, Crofton Bradfield works solely through referrals from our professional services partners.
We offer your clients leadership and creativity. Specifically, we’re about positive, collaborative relationships aimed at squaring the circle in terms of service provision. That is, your service provision. In effect, we can complement what you do. Not clash or compete in any way.
This is joined up advice to support your clients and to promote your business.
How we work
Using our in-depth knowledge of statutory reliefs and with a strong commercial focus, we specialise in unaggressive tax planning. Each client you refer to us is unique, so of course our advice will be tailored entirely to their needs.
Crofton Bradfield involves leading tax counsel, legal professionals, and expert professionals, within our advice process, should it be required.
We know that reputation and collaboration is everything, so our approach is authentic and honest; in the real world, this means that we cannot work with everyone. Should this be the case, we’ll say so.
Fee structure
Our initial consultation with your client is provided at no cost and with no obligation.
Once we have established whether we can work together, then Crofton Bradfield charges a transparent and fixed fee structure (NO value-based fees), with staged payments if appropriate. We feel it’s more legitimate this way.
Crofton Bradfield works with:
• Accountants
• Lawyers
• Estate Planners
• Will Writers
• Estate Agents
• Family Offices
What makes us special?
Your clients may have specific needs that require specialist advice – but which you may not be able to or willing to offer in-house. Perhaps a high level of technical tax knowledge is required.
We know the trust your clients place in you is paramount, so we’ll absorb and take on all advice risks.
In a complicated world of tax, we aim to be as jargon-free as possible. After all, we’re human beings first, and tax specialists second.
Crofton Bradfield is looking forward to hearing from you.
